First Download your blogger template to your computer. If the template
is zip file contained then use zip tool to extract it. If you don't know
where to download zip tool. Please visit Here to download latest zip tool and install it to your computer and right click on download blogger template file to extract it. How to Upload New Blogger XML Template In Blogger
